From The Principal

Wollert Secondary College is a vibrant, inclusive, and future-focused school at the heart of a growing community. Since opening in 2023, our college has continued to evolve with purpose and pride, guided by our shared values: Be Kind, Be Brave, Be True, Be Safe.

I would like to acknowledge the extraordinary work of our founding Principal, Melissa Lozanovski, whose vision and compassion shaped the very essence of who we are as a school. Melissa’s belief that ‘every story will be different but every story will be great’ remains deeply woven into the fabric of Wollert Secondary College. Her commitment to inclusion, excellence, and belonging continues to inspire our community and will forever be part of our story.

At Wollert Secondary College, we are committed to knowing our learners deeply, fostering curiosity, and empowering every young person to take ownership of their learning journey. Through high expectations, strong relationships, and meaningful opportunities, we support students to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive not only at school, but in life beyond it.

As a Supported Inclusion School, we celebrate diversity and ensure that every learner is seen, valued, and supported. Our dedicated teachers design evidence-based, engaging, and inclusive learning experiences that inspire students to Aspire, Acquire, and Achieve. We take pride in cultivating both academic excellence and personal growth, encouraging students to show courage in the face of challenge, empathy in their relationships, and integrity in their choices.

Our college is rapidly growing, with Year 10 commencing in 2026 and our expansion to a full Year 7–12 school by 2028 well underway. As we continue to grow, we remain grounded in strong foundations, innovative teaching, contemporary facilities, and a culture where learning and wellbeing are deeply interconnected. Beyond the classroom, students engage in enrichment programs, leadership opportunities, co-curricular clubs, and adventure camps that foster confidence, teamwork, and lifelong memories.
